How We Work

Get Together. Give Together. One Community to Another.

VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT SCHOOL (VMS) is a initiative of FSGR for domestic and international people, who loves to face challenges. We offer our volunteers to work according to their interest areas for the duration of 10 days to 2 months. In return, we offer accommodation, meals, rural visits, education, entertainment and tourist activities in minimal daily fee. We offer our volunteers short term and long term stay facilities with world class stay facilities.

We provide nice and friendly working environment to our volunteers. We have a team of youth workers and we highly value our volunteer's inputs and we always welcome new ideas. We also focus to introduce rich rural culture to our volunteers though our operational villages.
